Potoos provides a technology infrastructure that enables users to define, monitor, and execute rule-based trading workflows on their own configured environments.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Potoos is a technology service provider.

We:

  • Provide tools to define execution rules

  • Track market data and predefined conditions

  • Enable structured signal transmission to user-configured systems

We do NOT:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Recommend securities or trades

  • Manage user funds or portfolios

  • Execute trades on behalf of users

All trading decisions are solely made by the user.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all decisions related to trading

  • You configure your own rules, parameters, and execution logic

  • You understand the risks associated with market participation

Potoos does not validate, modify, or override user-defined strategies.

  1. EXECUTION ENVIRONMENT

Trades are executed through systems configured and controlled by the user, including broker integrations.

Potoos does not:

  • Hold custody of funds

  • Directly place trades

  • Act as an intermediary broker

Any execution outcomes are the result of user-defined configurations.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate or interact with third-party services, including:

  • Broker platforms

  • Market data providers

  • Registered Analysts (RAs)

Potoos is not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of third-party data

  • Advice provided by external analysts

  • Service interruptions or failures from third parties

Any engagement with third parties is at the user’s discretion.

  1. REGISTERED ANALYSTS (IF APPLICABLE)

Potoos may provide access to independent Registered Analysts.

Important:

  • Analysts operate independently of Potoos

  • Potoos does not endorse or verify recommendations

  • Any advisory services are separate agreements between user and analyst

  1. NO GUARANTEES

Potoos makes no representations regarding:

  • Profitability

  • Accuracy of strategies

  • Market outcomes

Market participation involves risk, including potential loss of capital.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potoos shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Trading decisions made by users

  • System delays, downtime, or data inaccuracies

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  1. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use the system for unlawful activities

  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Misuse is detected

  1. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
